I look at that reblog I did, I feel like I can do better. I found this video that shows how great Disney Channel used to be.
Some of my favorites I forgot are in this video. Though they missed. “You Lucky Dog” which was one of Kirk Cameron’s better movies. I like when Disney stars were not just kids. Also I noticed a lot of the Disney stars from the early works from Disney were adults that were actual characters, a part of the movie not just the parents or villains.

Creators of tumblr shouldn’t give in. Yahoo is not terribly transparent about anything. They are also known for making horrible webform layouts. -_-

Are we really living in 2013? The Lego ads from the 1980s seem more modern to me.

Lego Friends is a Disney Toy-line and ever since the success of Hannah Montana. It gave Disney a target look. A more “girl” oriented image that they think translates into family oriented. Also they want to push this “healthy” image. Healthy food is great but to push an image not all girls may not live up to. Its not anti-feminism, its corporatism. Raven is one of the few Disney Channel leads that was embraced as a curvy full girl and woman.(By the way, if some of the images are not loading. They are A.N.T Farm, Shake it Up, Hannah Montana.)

Hey, Nearly Every Artist That I Follow On Tumblr, I thought I should let you know: when you publicly answer a stream of “asks” that consist entirely of compliments to you, it makes you look immodest and tacky, and somehow makes me like your art less. Please stop spending so much time up your own butt. Thank you.
I think there is an option to answer those privately. Though I suppose with some artist, they are happy to know someone enjoys their art. Well I myself kind actually rarely get stuff like that.

They also used this deviation as the cover of their latest album, “Save Rock and Roll”.
Because of the backlash, Disney is restoring Merida to her previous look. All future Disney Princess products featuring Merida will depict her in her usual CG form. The Disney Princess website has already been updated to reflect this change.
